At the helm of Nyɔŋmɔ’s Table
award-winning Chef Kofi Adjei, a culinary artist with over 15 years of experience. Born and raised in Accra, Chef Adjei’s passion for Ghanaian food runs deep. After training in Europe and working with some of the world’s top restaurants, he returned home with a mission: to reimagine the flavors of Ghana for a global audience.
